How do custom orders work?

• Custom orders are made through Instagram Direct Message. To enquire about a custom order or a design you have in mind then simply DM "Custom order" and you will receive a response within the same day.

• Custom slots will be limited each week on a first come first serve basis. I will post on my Instagram story when slots are open or available.

• Please note your order is not confirmed until full payment at the end of our discussion has been completed. If payment is not made within a few hours of finalising your design then I will unfortunately have to offer your custom slot to someone else. This is due to high demand.

• Please allow between 14-21 days for your order to be made and sent. International orders may take slightly longer.

• Pricing varies depending on design type, fabric selection, extra design features etc. It is possible to discuss affordable options. At the beginning of our discussion I will send over custom info sheets that include helpful information such as estimated prices.

 

Custom order process in 5 steps

1. Choose your favourite design outline (This is the main shape of your design to begin your custom process, you can personalise this).

2. Discuss your custom requests/ adjustments/ add ons if any such as: Extra long straps, halterneck instead of shoulder straps (vice versa), thicker/thinner straps, lettuce hems/hem types, embellishments, strapless, backless designs etc etc.

3. Select your fabrics/ colours or patterns of choice.

4. Gather your body measurements.

5. Finalise your design & confirm with payment.

Within 21 days you will have received your dream handmade, one of a kind garment!
